I made this video to show my support for all the artists in the country that feel their work goes unappreciated, as part of Kenyan media, yes Wafula YouTubers are press too lol.
Some of my favourite artists who put out such good music in 2018 include Nyashinski, Sauti Sol, Steph Kapela, King Kaka, Khaligraph Jones, and Victoria Kimani. All these artists work ethic is admirable, keep creating and we should keep supporting them and play Kenyan music.
I want to do my part and I have an amazing idea to do a documentary on a few Kenyan artists. It's 2019 and one of my goals is to be part of projects bigger than myself and use my platform to affect positive change.
