'I wrote this straight after reading The Outsider by Albert Camus, which is obviously a brilliant book but at the time I thought was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I wanted to song to capture that moment of sitting on the beach, feeling disorientated because the sun's hitting your face. Its one of the latter songs that I wrote, so it's got a different feel musically, with bits of early REM.' - Mark
