ORAN City Tour, ALGERIA

In this video, I explore the heart of Oran, Algeria, starting with the Medina Jedida, also known as the new city.
This vibrant city is home to a rich cultural atmosphere, I wandered through the market, where I saw knock off brands, shoes, shirts, fruits and vegetables, and even snails!
I then visited the Oran Library, which has a fascinating history.
It was originally a cathedral, but after Algeria gained independence from France, it was converted into a public library.
Next, I visited Disco Maghreb, a legendary record store that was a major hub for the rai music scene.
I walked into the store and was immediately transported back in time, surrounded by old records and cassettes.
I finished my day at Cape Falcon, where I was greeted with a breathtaking sunset.
The serene coastal scenery and the soothing sound of waves made it a magical moment.
